Federal Tax Laws (GST) of Canada and the Provincial Tax Laws (PST) of Ontario.
We must charge Federal
Goods and Services Tax (GST) on all shipments. We must charge Provincial Sales Tax
(PST) to all Ontario addresses. However, if you have a Province of
Ontario reseller certificate, then you qualify for tax exempt status and will not be charged
the provincial sales tax (PST) for shipments within the province of Ontario. To establish exemption eligibility, your certificate must be submitted prior to the purchase of the product.
All orders shipped to locations outside of the province of Ontario are not subject to
Provincial Sales Tax (PST).
